Keep Moving! – The Journey to Significance

Success Seems to be connected with Action. Successful people keep moving, they make mistakes, but they don’t quitConrad Hilton.

One of the major keys to achieving success on the journey to significance is to keep moving forward. We read a lot, plan a lot and we find out we remain at the same place because we don’t go the extra mile to take Action.

The importance of action is pertinent to every aspect of life, either in Business, Ministry, and Education etc. Great people also face challenges on the way. A successful man is someone who, regardless of the challenge, keeps moving.

Successful people know that success is not always a linear upward progression and understand that obstacles arise. Those who are ultimately successful do not become paralyzed by challenges but instead find a way around them. They don’t sit still. They keep moving.

Keep Moving, Don’t get overwhelmed with your present state.

To keep moving forward
  1. Set goals
  2. Take risks
  3. Don’t fear Failure and
  4. Don’t Settle for less

In post 20, which was on persistence (Click HERE to read) tells us that persistence makes us react positively to oppositions we face rather than giving up and it helps us to keep moving.

Anne Graham Lotz, looking from the Bible, made an illustration he said “Abraham wasn’t perfect. He failed, made mistakes. But, he would go back, get right with God, and then just keep moving forward. He didn’t quit when things got hard. He just kept on going. And everywhere he went, God was there. God was with him”

In moving, something very important is getting it right with God. There’s no point moving when you are taking steps in the wrong direction. Always go back to your creator to seek for Direction. Remember, Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight”.

Successful people Keep Moving.

Have a great week.

God Bless you.
