Often times, we are the author of our own heartbreaks through the expectations we create.
So should we lower our expectations in order to avoid being disappointed and getting heartbreak? No. Instead, we should make our expectations reasonable, attainable and of course, cut within the time it can be attainable. And when things aren’t going as planned or expected, just get back to the drawing board and revisit your expectations, and you’ll be all good.
And when you get heartbreak, just tell yourself what I tell myself that

A bad ending can be a great beginning, I decide“.

Do have a great day.
