INTRODUCING “THE WORSHIP SCHOOL, LAGOS”
The Worship School© is a 3-day intensive course for Worship Leaders, Music ministers, Musicians and Gospel Artistes. It pools together relevant knowledge and resources from the wealth of experience of major players in the Music ministry, industry and in Christian entertainment; under a structured learning environment.
The Worship School programme is designed Seminar cum Lecture style, accommodating a degree of flexibility in the delivery of knowledge, but without indoctrination. Each facilitator has been prayerfully selected to deliver in the areas where we believe they have made much impact.
Our facilitators include Pastor Wale Adenuga (Lead Pastor, RCCG Jubilee, Worship Leader, Songwriter and Recording Artiste), Pastor Ayo Ajani (Lead Pastor, PETRA CHRISTIAN CENTRE & Pioneer, PETRA LEADERSHIP COLLEGE), Olumide Iyun (Worship Leader, Songwriter, Producer and Pioneer, WORSHIPPERS COLLECTIVE), Pastor Gideon Mba (Lead Pastor, MANIFOLD INT’L CHURCH and President, CHOICE SOULS MEDIA), Sammie Okposo (Award winning International Gospel Artiste, Praise/Worship Leader and Producer), Olufunmi (Recording Artiste, Music minister and Pastor), Tayo Akinyemi (Lead Consultant/CEO, ShowGear Limited, Sound & Multimedia expert), and others. There will also be a syndicate session coordinated by Musicians for Singers.
Some of the Courses to be treated at the School will include Basic Musicianship, Songwriting, Music scoring, Worship performance, Worship Team/Band Development, The use of Technology in Praise/Worship, Theology of Worship, The Music Ministry, Lifestyle & Ethics, Praise, Worship & The Prophetic, to mention a few.
Each class is scheduled to last for no more than 1 hour, and will run from Monday, 27th March 2017 – Wednesday, 29th March 2017. 9am – 2pm daily. The venue is MANIFOLD PLACE, 85 Ikorodu road, by Fadeyi Bus-stop, Fadeyi-Yaba, Lagos.
Our primary goal is to empower and mature Praise-Worship Leaders/Musicians; and to prepare them for the work of ministry.
