5 Great Christian Websites (Articles, Q&A, Lifestyle)

In no particular order, here are 5 great Christian websites where you can get quality Christian articles and get answers to questions concerning Christian spirituality, theology, and lifestyle.

Before you start, it would be good to state that, the answers found on this website should be taken as a guide to search and study for yourself, checked against the scripture, and not taken as an absolute truth. As we have found some answers on some of these websites a little bit not balanced, especially in the aspect of the Holy Spirit and His work in the believer’s life.

On GotQuestions’s homepage these words are written “Do you have a question about God, Jesus, the Bible, or theology? Do you need help understanding a Bible verse or passage? Are there any spiritual issues in your life for which you need advice or counsel?” such questions and more are what the website aims to answer. Founded in the year 2002, GotQuestions provides a means for you to ask questions on basically any subject about Christianity.

Categories include; The Bible, The Church, Salvation, Angels, End Time and so on. Virtually every Christian topic is covered by the website and mobile apps for Android, iOS and Windows platforms are also available for download. The website also offers questions and verses on a weekly basis.

Want a Christian lifestyle magazine that has all the perks of a normal magazine? Then RelevantMagazine is your best bet.

Founded in 2001 and with a subscriber base of over 70,000, RelevantMagazine is published by Relevant Media Group. The website explores subjects that affect Christian lifestyle such as God, culture, life and current happenings.

RelevantMagazine mixes a Bible-based perspective on social issues with an of-the-minute cultural sensibility. With over 500,000 visitors per month, other sections available include book and movie reviews, daily news, original and exclusive content, features such as ‘The Drop’ which features the latest releases in Gospel music, Relevant TV and even podcasts. The website is the online arm of the bi-monthly magazine.

Founded by John S. Piper (pastor and theologian) and named for his 1986 book Desiring God: Meditations of a Christian Hedonist, the website is the online arm of the Desiring God Evangelical Organization.

This website offers insights into the Bible in its Look at the Book section, a daily devotional (Solid Joys), sermon of the day and a section for asking questions and answers to questions asked. Articles that offer fresh reflections on God’s word, Christian life and the world we are living in. A section for books written by John Piper is also available.

When you think BibleHub think everything that has to do with the Bible. From versions, translations, commentaries, cross-references, maps, encyclopedias, sermons and Bible studies, concordances, devotionals, pictures, timelines, topical studies, and many more resources.

As described by the website, BibleHub is an online Bible suite, so full and rich that on opening the website you are overwhelmed with a feeling of so much knowledge on the Bible just at your fingertips.

On my first visit, I was so shocked that there existed such a treasure trove of Biblical knowledge available for free, yes! Absolutely Free! For every verse of the Bible that you open you get lexicons, commentaries, references to other verses, interlinear representations, a full Hebrew text analysis, pictures and even maps. You can even link any verse to your own website and get a menu of 25 versions also for free.

And finally, our very own, founded in 2013 by Tolu Oludapo.

LifeGiva is a website aimed at delivering content meant to inspire, drive and propel our lives as Christians. Content provided includes inspiring articles that deal with issues that affect every aspect of life ranging from lifestyle, day to day living, love, and choices we as Christians should make. Other sections include an online radio station LifeGiva Radio, a store for Christian themed merchandise, a category devoted to art (music, pictures, poems, and videos).

Writers on LifeGiva address issues culled from their personal experiences thus presenting content based on things that we can all relate to personally without the feeling of being condemned or discriminated.

And did I mention that the radio station provides exclusively Christian content and music all day? Now you know.
