7 Morning Routines to Have a Great Day

Many times, we do not realise that our morning routines set the tone for the rest of our day. A typical day in the life of an adult screams, “Wake up! Get ready for work. Go to work, eat if you can. Go home, sleep, and repeat the same next day.”  No wonder we have a good number of unhappy adults walking around.

So in no particular order, here are 7 morning routines to have a great day:

1. Drink Water

Drinking water helps boost your metabolism for the day as you can get dehydrated from sleep. So you can have a water bottle by your side and fill it with water the night before. It is a great way to start your day.

Commit your day into God’s hands. Talk to Him about how you feel and prophecy over your day. Remember, your words carry power. You can also pray about the things you want to do that day.
