One of the hardest things to do is let go of someone who has hurt you. At some point in our lives, we’ve all had to handle pain, whether big or small. But when it’s all said and done, it’s healthy to just let go and understand that forgiveness is a good selfish thing, because, at the end of the day, it’s really not for the person who hurt you but for yourself and your sanity.
