Life can be filled with many draining emotions and events that can leave us stressed, anxious and depressed.
Be it losing a loved one, disappointment, hurt or just general questions that life brings. It’s very normal to feel stressed, worried and out of control but it is not okay to dwell on these feelings till they overwhelm you.
Seeking professional help, be it medical or therapy is the best way to handle Stress, Anxiety and Depression. But what do you do when you don’t have quick access to professional help, or worst still when you can’t afford one?

1. Get up and Take a shower

2. Feed your stomach right
You probably already know that an empty stomach is not good for an aching heart, or you have tried drowning your emotions with a bowl of ice cream, chocolate bars, etc and have been disappointed by the outcome. 3. Talk about what you feel
When we feel stressed, worried, sad, etc at the same time it may be difficult to unbox but you need to talk about how you feel because the mind has a way of magnifying issues. Talking brings a form of clarity.
Who do I speak to? You can talk to a trusted friend or anyone you feel you can be open to that will listen to you. If for any reason you still can’t reach out to anyone. 5. Get outdoor
