Okay, I like this oneee.😂 French kissing is not a sexual act but let’s look at it like this. My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, does that exclude my lips? Nope! My lips are sealed as a symbol of my love to God. Kissing is not a sin but beloved, it has the power to land you in the Sin City (I don’t mean Las Vegas oh😂), so why get on board?. With the brevity of the question, many people instant assume your question is about sin, but if french kissing is a sin and if it is a sexual act are two different things. First of, what is a sexual act? If it is any action that can be done to lead to sex or done while having sex, then french kissing will definitely be one. However, sexual act can not be allowed to be that broad, as many other acts that shouldn’t be considered as such will likewise be considered. If sexual act is anything that can bring complete sexual satisfaction (orgasm) in it of itself to one or both sexual partners, then French kissing is in any normal case NOT a sexual act, but definitely a preclude to one.
Now for the hidden question within your question, yes it is a sin when done outside marriage.
