The bible says that “…this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.” 2 Thess 3:10. It also said in Eph 4:28 “Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good…”
But the same bible also said “…What do you have that you did not receive? If then you received it, why do you boast as if you did not receive it?” 1 Cor 4:7 and similar to that is James 1:17 “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.”
It is God’s blessing that makes rich, not our efforts/hustle. Without God’s blessing, all our labour is vain (Psm 127:1 “Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it …”)
So we must work, not trusting our abilities or arms of flesh or chariots and horses like the bible warned us against, but trusting God’s grace.
Thus the need to wait while we hustle.
Do have a nice day.
